Delivery times

Following payment your order will be processed and readied for shipment within 7 workdays. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of the order. Items are shipped from Berlin (Germany) and depending on your location can take 1-3 weeks for US and European (usually only a week) deliveries and about 1-6 weeks for the rest of the world.

Once your order has been readied for shipment you will receive by email a tracking number from our carrier partner. It may take up to 48 hours for any status update to take place. If there has been no update in this time, please contact us at david.natochen@gmail.com.

**If the item is returned to us unclaimed or because of wrong address
any further shipping costs have to be paid by the purchaser.

We hereby inform you that TANE is not liable for damage occurred during transport as described in our shipping policy. Any occurrence of damage the customer must request a refund at their local transport company. ** For orders to Australia we recommend shipping via FedEx as we are not liable for damage occurred by the local transport provider. Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased with a gift card discount cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at david.natochen@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not hold responsibility for any damage to items once they leave Germany, Every Item is carefully checked before it is dispatched from our office, please contact your local postal service in these cases that your item is damaged.
We will only refund cost minus the digital download fee.
